BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Please give at least 48-hours notice when rescheduling appointments. Deposits are taken when booking an appointment to ensure my clients are serious about getting their tattoos. The deposit secures your spot in the schedule and covers emailing time and/or drawing costs. All deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. If you reschedule your appointment more than once you will be asked to put down an additional deposit.
STUDIO POLICY
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of your appointment, and provide a valid (non-expired) form of ID upon arrival.
- Cash or Card is acceptable, with a 2% charge for cards.
- The studio is a child-free and substance-free environment.
- I do not tattoo any pregnant or nursing clients. Please allow 3 months post-birth and/or nursing for your appointment.
- I do not tattoo overtop of fresh cuts/scratches, rashes, sunburn, or numbing cream. I also will not tattoo anyone healing from a surgery, injury, or another tattoo less than 2 weeks old. Please allow adamant time for your body to heal and reduce risk of infection.
- Clients on medication such as antibiotics and steroids should finish treatment before getting tattooed.
- Please do not apply any numbing creams without speaking to me beforehand.
TARDINESS POLICY
- If you know that you are going to be even 5 minutes late to your appointment, please text, call, or email Becky using the phone number and/or email provided in your confirmation email.
- If we haven’t heard from a client by 10 minutes past their appointment time, we will consider the client a No-Call-No-Show.
- If a client knows they are going to be at least 15-20 minutes late, there is a likely chance that we will need to have them reschedule.
ART & DESIGN POLICY
- If you are sending in reference photos for your tattoo idea please make sure to send them at least 5 business days before your scheduled appointment. It is helpful if you send references from Becky's own work, but not necessary. Please do not send Pinterest Board links. Try and narrow your references down to 5 photos or less, if possible.
- If you'd like to brainstorm ideas, themes, placement, etc, you are welcome to schedule a free Google Meets consultation with Becky prior to your tattoo appointment.
- All tattoo art and designs are shown in person on the day of your appointment. If any edits are required they can be made prior to starting the tattoo. Please do not email us requesting a copy of the design before your appointment. We only show designs in person.
- If you completely change your idea and the tattoo needs to be totally redrawn there's a chance we will need to reschedule your appointment.
DEPOSIT POLICY
- All appointments require a $100 deposit.
- The deposit goes towards the tattoo price of the tattoo.
- All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- If you reschedule your appointment 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time your deposit will be saved for a future appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment time your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to put down an additional deposit in order to book another appointment.
- Saved deposits from canceled appointments are only honored within 1 year of the canceled appointment.
